ZAMAT 100-Night Free Trial
We understand the importance of finding the sleep essentials for a comfortable and restful sleep. That's why we offer a 100-day sleep trial for our products, allowing you to try them out in the comfort of your own home. Here's how it works:
Free Trial Period
You have a period of 100 nights from the date of delivery to try out ZAMAT HOME products. This trial period allows you to determine whether the product meets your needs and preferences. We encourage you to use the products for at least 45 nights to allow your body to adjust and fully experience its benefits. During this period, take note of your sleep quality, comfort level, and any noticeable improvements in neck and head support.
Eligibility
The free trial is available to customers who have purchased the ZAMAT HOME products directly from our authorized channels, such as our website or official retail stores.
Return Process
If, during the trial period, you decide the product is not suitable for you, please get in touch with us at service@zamathome.com to initiate the return process, including your order number, the name of the item, and a description of the problem. We will provide you with detailed instructions and may ask for feedback regarding your experience.
Once we have confirmed the return request, we will provide you with the return address to receive your packaging. Please do not return the items to the original shipping address.
Return Conditions
-To be eligible for a return, the returned product must be in a clean and undamaged condition. It should be in the same state as when you received it, with no signs of excessive use, stains, or damage. Please ensure that the products are properly repackaged in their original packaging or a suitable alternative. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
-Returns must be initiated within the specified trial period to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
-Please note that accessories purchased separately are not eligible for return or refund.
Refund
Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process the refund accordingly. For refunds requested due to personal preferences, we will negotiate the refund based on the actual situation, but customers will be required to cover certain processing fees and return shipping costs. Regarding returns and exchanges due to quality reasons, please get in touch with us to coordinate the process for return and exchange. We will cover the necessary expenses within a reasonable scope for handling the return and exchange, as well as the shipping fees.
Eco-Friendly Commitment
In order to protect the environment and reduce waste, the returned products will not be resold as new. Instead, we will donate them to local charitable organizations.
Limitations
The free trial offer is limited to one product per customer and household. It cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
ZAMAT 10-Year Warranty
Warranty Coverage
We guarantee that our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers issues such as manufacturing defects, faulty stitching, and abnormal loss of loft or shape.
Warranty Claims Process
In the event of a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team at service@zamathome.com within the warranty period. You will be required to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, along with clear photographs or videos showcasing the defect.
Warranty Remedies
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the defective pillow with a new one. In case the exact product is not available, we may substitute it with a comparable model of equal or greater value.
Warranty Exclusions
-The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, allergies, or changes in personal comfort preferences.
-Accessories purchased separately are not eligible for return or refund.
-The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Limitations
Our warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our pillows. This warranty is limited to the cost of the pillow and does not cover any associated costs, such as shipping or transportation.
-If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
-If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
